Change & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to the yoycartp.com Team. Upon the arrival of your package, it is suggested that you check and make sure the commodity has been made in accordance with your order specifications.Please try your product as soon as possible without changing or removing the label.


If you are returning or replacing items or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition-unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, and that the label is complete and attached. Please contact us via email to provide the order number. All returns must be made within 7 days after receipt of the goods.


1.)Send the item back and we will refund you 40% of the price.(Shipping fee is on you)

2.)Keep the item, we will refund you 25% of the price and give you a 25% coupon when you buy next time.

 

Please notice, custom commodity (custom including style,color, size, etc.) can not be returned.  

Change Process


1. Submit a return request or send email ( service@yoycartp.com) to for Customer Service within 7 days upon receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.


Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval from yoycartp.com Customer Service.


2. Once yoycartp.com Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with return address as well as a Product Return Form that must be filled in and included with your return. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 3-5 business days once you have received the form. Include the Product Return Form with your return. Please don’t use courier agency like UPS, DHL or FedEx to return the parcel as we will not pay for the custom fee that might caused.


3. Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in within 24 hours. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account.


Please note that items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.
